Origin & Mission

This Work Is Personal

I am a husband and a father. Before I was a permitted psilocybin producer, I was a neighbor, a family member, and someone who watched the people I love carry burdens that conventional medicine couldn't lift. Psilocybin changed that — not as an abstraction, but in real, tangible ways for people in my own life, including myself.

To have the opportunity to be part of this movement — to be New Mexico's first permitted medical psilocybin producer — is both an honor and a calling. I didn't build Sacred Alto Spores to enter a market. I built it because I am genuinely passionate about what this means for my friends, my family, my loved ones, and my neighbors across this state.

I've witnessed the transformative effects of psilocybin on the lives of those I care about — alleviating burdens that traditional pharmaceuticals often complicate, offering clarity where there was confusion, and facilitating healing in ways that feel natural rather than numbing. That experience fuels everything we do here.

Mission & Beliefs

What Sacred Alto Spores Stands For

Our mission is founded on a simple truth: nature offers powerful tools for healing, and by honoring these tools with integrity, we can provide something that genuinely supports the mind and spirit. We cultivate every strain with meticulous attention to quality, purity, and consistency — not because regulations require it, but because the facilitators and clients at the end of this supply chain deserve nothing less.

Healing Is the Purpose

Every decision made at Sacred Alto Spores — from substrate selection to chain-of-custody transfer — is made in service of the therapeutic outcome at the end of the supply chain. The facilitators we supply are doing profound work. Our job is to make sure the product they receive is worthy of it.

Integrity Over Convenience

There are no shortcuts here. I personally execute every step of the production process — cultivation, homogenization, weighing, labeling, and transfer. That isn't just a compliance posture. It's a reflection of how seriously I take the responsibility of being a permitted producer in a nascent, trust-dependent industry.

Rooted in New Mexico

Our values are inseparable from the landscape and community that shaped them. The clarity, resilience, and quiet strength of New Mexico — its mountains, forests, and high-desert air — inform the intention behind every batch we grow. This is local work, for local healing, done by someone who lives here and cares deeply about what this industry becomes.

New Mexico is writing something new — a model for what regulated therapeutic psilocybin can look like when it's done with care, rigor, and genuine belief in the work. I'm proud to be at the beginning of that story, and I'm committed to being a supply partner that the professionals in this ecosystem can trust completely.
