Answers for licensed facilitators, service centers, healing centers, and entities currently working toward their New Mexico psilocybin permit.

Ordering, COAs & Transfer Protocols

In strict compliance with New Mexico law, we do not sell to the general public under any circumstances. We strictly supply state-licensed medical service centers, certified clinical practitioners, and other permit-holding producers. We also welcome inquiries from entities currently working toward their permit — supply relationships can be established early, with permit verification completed before any order is finalized.

Licensed facilitators and service centers can securely request a digital PDF of the COA for any active product lot via our Provider Resources portal or by submitting a Provider Inquiry. Every homogenized lot undergoes mandatory third-party laboratory testing to verify active alkaloid potency and guarantee zero contaminants before any transfer is authorized.

We specialize in fully homogenized, laboratory-verified powder derived from permitted psilocybin-producing mushroom species, formatted into precise capsule allocations or tamper-evident, sealed medical sachets. All product formats are prepared under sterile controlled-environment conditions and verified by a Certificate of Analysis prior to compliant transfer

All transfers are conducted by the owner/permittee as sole authorized transporter per 7.35.2.24 NMAC. Products are secured in a locked, tamper-evident container inside the transport vehicle and are never left unattended during transit. Every delivery is accompanied by a legally mandated, state-audited chain-of-custody tracking form generated through the official state traceability system. Recipient identity is verified by government-issued photo ID upon delivery.

We recommend initiating contact and establishing your supply relationship as early as possible — ideally before your permit is finalized. Once your permit is verified, order lead times vary by strain availability and batch cycle. Reach out via our Provider Inquiry form to discuss current availability and scheduling.

Yes. All cultivation, harvest, homogenization, laboratory testing, and transfer records are logged in the New Mexico state traceability system per 7.35.2.15 NMAC and maintained for regulatory inspection at any time. Complete chain-of-custody documentation accompanies every transfer.

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

Our medicine is entirely naturally derived from intentionally cultivated fungi fruiting bodies. We strictly do not utilize chemical synthesis, artificial additives, or unapproved chemical solvents at any stage of our cultivation or processing. All inputs are documented and traceable.

Our facility operates under rigorous, state-approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that incorporate the full sanitation guidelines of the NMDOH and the US FDA Model Food Code. This includes mandatory employee personal protective equipment (PPE), daily sterile environment pre-checks, and strict environmental tracking — including automated humidity, temperature, and HEPA airflow monitoring — to eliminate microbials and molds throughout the cultivation cycle.

No. In accordance with 7.35.2.12 NMAC, we maintain a strict zero-pesticide policy across all growth media, substrates, and inputs. Every cultivation input — including coco coir, vermiculite, and gypsum — is thoroughly logged and traced to ensure absolute purity from inoculation through permitted transfer.

Sacred Alto Spores holds a state-issued Permitted Producer designation under the New Mexico Psilocybin Services Act and operates in full compliance with 7.35.2 NMAC. All cultivation, processing, and transfer activities are conducted under the oversight of the New Mexico Department of Health. We are New Mexico's first permitted medical psilocybin producer.

Prior to finalizing any order, we verify the current permit status of the recipient entity directly with the New Mexico Department of Health. The receiving party's NMDOH permit number is confirmed before any product is prepared for transfer. Expired, suspended, or unverifiable permits disqualify a recipient from any transfer under any circumstances.

Yes — and we encourage it. We welcome inquiries from healing centers, service centers, and clinical facilitators at any stage of the permitting process. Establishing a supply relationship early means you are ready to move the moment your permit is issued. Permit verification is completed before any order is finalized, not before we talk.
